We design and manufacture a variety of customized threaded products and related components for commercial and industrial clients including nuts, anchor bolts, tie rod assemblies, studs, turnbuckles, forged clevises and manhole ladder rungs. We also produce custom-built anchoring systems for various highway and building construction projects.

Products are available in a range of metals, such as stainless steels, brass, bronze and Monel. We offer in-house machining, production scheduling, inventory control, project management, product testing, threading and bending services plus budgeting, quality control, shipping and on-time delivery services.

Proudly located in Garden Grove, CA, with public engineers on site, we maintain an extensive inventory of raw materials including stainless and pre-heat treated alloys. Our Staff has a combined experience of more than 130 years of industry experience.
Anchor Bolts

We warehouse in excess of 2 million pounds of steel, threaded anchor rods, headed anchor bolts and bent anchor bolts. All available with a standard black “mill” finish as well as a variety of other protective finishes to meet you projects requirements. To ensure we can meet the size requirements of our customers, we stock most materails in sizes ranging from 1/4 inch diameter 4 inch diameter. Usually in 1/8 inch increments. With each size and material complying with a variety of ASTM, AISI, AASHTO SAE, UNS, and IFI provisions and specifications.

Threading

Once the details of your order are received and confirmed, material meeting your requirements is identified and pulled from stock. It’s then cut to length and threaded according to the requirements set forth for your project. This may be accomplished by either a cut threading process or a roll threading process depending upon your chosen material, and project requirements. We can thread round bar from 6mm diameter through 6 inch diameter. Rebar up to #18J or 2 1/4 inch diameter. Cut threading is a process by which metal is cut away from solid bar. Leaving behind a fully formed thread. Roll threading by comparison, is a process by which a smaller diameter bar is “squeezed” between thread forming dies. This process displaces the material into the dies rather than remove material as in the cut threading process

Bolts & Nuts

We manufacture bolts from ½” diameter to 4” diameter in any of the many ASTM specifications. The bolts can be in a plain finish or the better hot tip galvanized finish. In addition to this, we also manufacture 304 and 316 stainless steel bolts with all the steps and processes lead to the final product taking place in our facility.

OUR PROCESS

Once the details of your project have been confirmed and your order is placed, the order moves to our shop, where your materials are pulled from inventory and the mill traceable heat numbers are recorded. From there your order is moved to our cutting department where your parts are cut to size and chamfered. Then on to the threading and bending and machining departments where your parts will be completed according to your specifications.

 

We complete all work “In House” and you are always welcome to visit our facility and view your parts being made. We welcome your audit. Will our competitors offer that?

Clevises are available in nine standard sizes from CL20 to CL80. Each size can be drilled, tapped, and gripped to your specification.

 Available in:

 Clevis can be supplied in C-1035, ASTM A182 F-11, F22 and T316 stainless steel.

Threads: U.N.C./U.N.F. Class 2B, Metric, and ACME. All available in Right or Left hand

configurations.

Finish:     Self-Colored, Galvanized, Plated, Electro-Polished

Options:  Other Alloys; Heat Treating, Special Dimensions and Threading

Straight clevis pins are included with all standard clevises. Headed pins are available as needed.

COATING & FINISHES

Once your parts have been manufactured, they will often need to be coated. We are happy to take care of this for you as well.

We offer coatings from Hot Dipped Galvanizing (ASTM A153, ASTM A123, and ASTM A767, AASHTO M111, and AASHTO M232) to Zing Plating (ASTM-B633-07 ASTM 591/A 591M Type I, Type II, Type III, Type V, & Type VI) Black Oxide and numerous other coatings and finishes are available.
